Refund/ Cancellation policy

Products for return will not be considered for acceptance unless they are in brand new, uninstalled condition with all packing materials including cartons in original condition. Shipping and handling charges to and from the warehouse are not refundable. Special orders and custom pieces will not be considered for return. The three (3.5) percent credit charge for cancelled credit card charges is payable by the customer. Purchases must be paid in full prior to delivery. Deliveries with an unpaid balance will be removed from the delivery schedule. 

Orders must be cancelled verbally with the customer service call center (562)278-8338 prior to release of shipment, cancellation confirmation will be sent via email.
Once an order is in transit, the order cannot be cancelled, and may be subject to a 3
0% restocking fee.

Refunds will be sent in the original form of payment or by Check to the name and billing associated to the order only.
